You can connect your patient portal account with them to your Wingspan Health account if you can find your healthcare provider in our searchable database below of 1200+ health systems, doctors, organizations, and other healthcare providers in the United States.
This is an ongoing list of healthcare providers that Wingspan is connected to with additional information like where they are located, their website, and their online patient portal.

Troubleshooting the Searchable Database of Healthcare Providers

Click the magnifying glass icon on the top right of the table to search for a healthcare organization.

Click the Filter icon in the menu on the top left of the table to filter the table by state(s).

Click the Sort icon in the menu on the top left of the table to sort the table how you’d like it.

Click on the link in the cell under the Organization Website column to verify the provider.

Click on the link in the cell under the Patient Portal Website column and check if you’ve seen the login page before.
